| | | Crazy 8s Math Club-- Parent Volunteers Needed!
Crazy 8s is an over-the-top recreational after-school club that gets kids excited about math. It offers high energy math activities that appeal to kids of all math abilities. Participants build glow-in-the-dark structures, crack secret spy codes, and play get-up-and-move games like Toilet Paper Olympics. Curriculum and materials are provided free by the Bedtime Math foundation. Crazy 8s meets once a week for 8 weeks. Consistent attendance is needed in order for students to gain the most benefits from the program. Parent volunteers guide students through the kit activities. Crazy 8s will be meeting from 7:30-8:30AM on Fridays, starting January 10 through March 6. Signup now for the Grade K-2 Crazy 8s club at https://estabrookpto.org/crazy-8s-math-club/ Crazy 8s is run by parent volunteers. A minimum of 2 parent volunteers is needed per session. We currently do not have any parent volunteers for the Grade 3-5 Crazy 8s club, so we cannot offer Crazy 8s for Grades 3-5. Please contact Amy Burke, aburke@lexingtonma.org, if you’d like to help out at either grade level, K-2 or 3-5.
| | Passport Night Information
What is Passport Night? Passport Night is an event that celebrates the varied cultures and traditions that make up our wonderful Estabrook community. It is a loved tradition that allows our families to learn more about our cultures. Who can come to Passport Night? Everyone! It's a community event. Don't be surprised to see many Estabrook staff faces there, too :) This year, Passport Night will be on January 23rd. We need parent volunteers to help! Please email volunteers@estabrookpto.org if you are interested in volunteering.

Donate to the PTO through your everyday shopping! A portion of your purchases from Amazon and Stop & Shop can be donated directly to the Estabrook PTO. Black Earth Compost also offers a referral program for new subscribers. All of these programs are free to sign up for and there are no extra charges or fees. Click here to learn more and for signup links. In addition to those donation programs, you (AND your friends, relatives, neighbors and co-workers!) can also contribute to the Estabrook PTO by: - collecting valid box tops in the Box Tops for Education program and depositing them into the box on top of the Lost & Found cabinets
- recycling your old textiles by dropping them into the large white freestanding Baystate Textiles bin at the end of the Estabrook School parking lot.
