Room Parent Orientation this Thursday
If you have already signed up, or are contemplating signing up to be a room parent, we will be holding a Room Parent orientation meeting this Thursday, September 19th, beginning at 8:45 in the cafeteria. We will review the responsibilities of the room parent, as well as answer any questions that you may have. If you aren’t able to attend, feel free to reach out via email and we will be happy to help.
Back to School Night Food Drive
The PTOs of all LPS schools are doing a joint food drive to support the Lexington Food Pantry on Back to School Night. Estabrook families are asked to bring 5 oz cans of tuna. Collection boxes will be in the Estabrook library and also by the PTO table during Back to School Night. Parents, let's show what a caring community Estabrook is, and make this a tuna-riffic food drive! Thanks for your support!
Directory Cover Contest Information
The annual contest to decorate the Directory is coming soon and will be open to all 2019-2020 Estabrook students! This year, the kids get to design Estabrook’s very own superhero: SuperBee!
Please return drawings in your child’s yellow folder by Monday, September 30th. If your child's drawing is selected, they will receive a gift certificate to be used at the Book Fair later in the school year. Winners will be announced in the PTO Newsletter.
Contest flyers will be sent home in your child's yellow folder.
Please have your child complete their drawing in pencil or black pen only.
