Go to estabrookpto.membershiptoolkit.com/home. NOTE: This is a NEW system from last year! If you are a family who had access to MySchoolAnywhere, your data has been migrated to Membership Toolkit (MTK) and you can use the same email address for MTK as you used for MSA. Please bookmark the login link for future reference. NOTE: Opting out of receiving communications from MTK will result in not receiving any electronic PTO updates.
Once in the system, follow the instructions for entering new family data or updating/confirming existing family data. For all families, this is where you will enter or update your child’s assigned teacher for the 2019-20 school year. Teacher information allows us to compile class lists that will be made available to all PTO members.
After you enter your family data, you will be taken to the online membership shopping cart. Each level is presented as a separate product in drop down list, which you can view for more details on what the level includes.
You may view your own information in MTK; however, access to the full online directory will be granted to PTO members only. To view details such as class lists and contact information for classmates, you must be a PTO member. Electronic access is granted via an email with a link to the online directory. Paper directories will be printed and distributed only after all data entry and confirmation is complete.
This is a NEW directory system. Even if you did this last year in MSA, please confirm your data for this year’s directory using MTK!

Volunteer and Make a Difference at Estabrook!
Welcome to Estabrook! There are so many ways you can be involved and volunteer at Estabrook and get to know your child's school and community.
Lunchtime Recycling & Composting Program
Would you like an opportunity to be part of the Estabrook student community during the school day? Would you like to get a hug from your child in the middle of the day? Are you interested in helping our children improve our environment by recycling and composting?
Join our parent recycling volunteer team! It's simple--help Estabrook kids recycle and compost during lunch! We need parents to volunteer every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:45 am-1:25 pm. Parents can volunteer every other week, once a month, or split a shift with another parent. It's a great opportunity to participate at Estabrook if your time is limited. Sign up through the PTO membership toolkit (
https://estabrookpto.membershiptoolkit.com) under Signups.
Room Parent
Being a room parent is a great opportunity to support your child's teacher and create special memories for your child. Working as a team with your other room parents, you will liaise between teachers, parents and PTO, manage funds for class activities, coordinate parent volunteers for special projects and grade level activities, help arrange classroom parties (approx 2-4 per year), and coordinate mid-year and year end appreciation for the teacher. Sign-ups are limited to 4 room parents per class. More information can be found at https://estabrookpta.files.wordpress.com/2018/08/rpresponsibilities-2018-2019-v1.pdf. ROOM PARENT SIGN UPS WILL OPEN ON 9/3 at 8PM AND TEND TO FILL QUICKLY. Sign up through the PTO membership toolkit (
https://estabrookpto.membershiptoolkit.com) under Signups.
Library
Volunteering in the library is a great opportunity to directly help with the school. This role consists of checking out books for the children, checking returned books back into the library, shelving books, as well as helping with the occasional library project. Generally each volunteer shift is a commitment of 1.5-2 hrs. every other week. This role is a year-long commitment. IF POSSIBLE, your shift may be able to be coordinated with your child's library time. Sign up through the PTO membership toolkit (
https://estabrookpto.membershiptoolkit.com) under Signups. Elaine Yang, our library volunteer coordinator, will be in contact with you to schedule your time within the next few weeks.
